XPeng sets up Robotaxi unit, eyes pilot operations in second half of this year

XPeng has formed a first-level Robotaxi business unit to drive its autonomous ride-hailing push.

The unit will oversee product definition, system integration, testing, and operations.

XPeng said it plans to start pilot passenger services in the second half of this year.
