SpaceX files confidential IPO paperwork for potential $1.75 trillion mega-listing, report says

SpaceX confidentially filed IPO registration documents with the U.S. SEC, Bloomberg and Reuters report.

Bloomberg cited sources saying SpaceX could seek a $1.75 trillion valuation and expects to raise $75 billion.

The company has organized 21 banks for the deal and has previously raised about $10 billion as a private firm.
