Samsung’s One UI 8.5 update finally rolls out with new AI features for these Galaxy oldies

Samsung is expanding One UI 8.5 to older Galaxy phones and tablets in Korea, starting with the S25, S24, Z Fold/Flip 6 and 7, and Tab S10/S11 lines.

The update brings new Galaxy AI features like AI Call Screening, live voicemail transcripts, Now Nudge, stronger Bixby actions, and AI Weather Effects.

It also adds creative tools such as AI photo editing, Creative Studio, Text-to-Edit, and Object Transfer.

Broader regional rollout is expected next, giving last-generation flagship users newer AI tools without upgrading hardware.
