Public information system DR ISP procurement wraps up... bidding begins for main project to secure over 80 systems

The Ministry of the Interior and Safety and NIA will launch the final, ninth ISP order this month for public-system disaster recovery (DR) builds.

DR designs for more than 80 systems, including four core postal finance systems, are now in the final stage.

After the Daejeon center fire, the government has been overhauling public cloud and DR plans through pilot work and ISP rounds 1 through 9.

Samsung SDS, KT, and Innogrid are expected to lead the competition for the roughly 300 billion won main project.
