Visa invests in Replit to power agentic payments for developers

Visa made an undisclosed investment in Replit and is exploring ways to embed payment products into the coding platform.

The work centers on Visa Intelligent Commerce and the Trusted Agent Protocol, which are designed to verify AI agents before they transact.

No joint product has been announced yet, and the effort is still in an exploratory phase.

Replit also launched self-serve enterprise access with compliance features, as demand for vibe-coding tools and enterprise adoption continues to grow.
