Visa offers cash back on Apple Pay contactless payments, with a top prize of 500 yen

Visa will run a new “Touch with Visa Discount on Apple Pay Too!” campaign from June 11 to July 19.

Eligible users who tap to pay with a Visa card set up in Apple Pay can enter a lottery for up to ¥500 back on purchases of ¥1,000 or more.

The promotion is designed to boost Visa contactless payments on Apple Pay and encourage wider mobile and cashless payment use at stores.
