Steam Controller review - another essential gaming PC hardware addition from Valve

Valve’s second-generation Steam Controller is a $99 PC gamepad that combines standard controls with dual trackpads, rear buttons, gyro input, and deep Steam integration.

The review says it improves on the original with better ergonomics and easier desktop navigation, making mouse-heavy games more approachable on a controller.

It is useful beyond typical gamepad-friendly titles and could reduce reliance on keyboard and mouse for some PC setups.

However, it costs more than basic controllers and still does not feel as premium as some top competitors.
