Intel Invests in Company Building the World’s Most Powerful Quantum Processor, Targeting 10,000 Qubits, 100x More Than Today

QuantWare raised $176 million in Series B funding, with Intel Capital among the backers.

The company plans to use the money to build the VIO-4K quantum processor and the KiloFab manufacturing facility.

QuantWare says VIO-4K is aimed at reaching 10,000 qubits while KiloFab could boost production by 20x.
