The unit-type 'Office Lawson' uses modular shelf units that can be flexibly combined to match office spaces.

Lawson S operates as a satellite store under a parent shop; staff dispatched from the parent handle shelving and restocking.

The KDDI Tama Center Building location occupies under nine tsubo in a surplus first-floor space and uses smartphone app checkout with beacon auto check-in.

Limitations: no in-store fried/cooked items (e.g., Karaage-kun); the coffee machine does not accept milk so lattes are not offered; ATM installation depends on site security; target users are those with sufficient IT literacy; basic placement is inside facilities such as office buildings.
