After an upstream vLLM release broke its ASR model, agents helped identify and fix the issue, and the repair was later upstreamed as a PR.

The workflow now uses agent-driven fixes and validation, with humans mostly reviewing the results.

Cohere says this cuts upstream release absorption from weeks to days.
