MacBook Neo demand is so strong it's creating supply headaches for Apple

Strong MacBook Neo sales have led to shortages of key components.

The Neo is built around an A18 Pro-based chip; the Neo variant disables one GPU core.

It ships in four colors and two configurations, with Apple planning roughly 5–6 million units.

Units are to be assembled by Quanta and Foxconn at plants in Vietnam and China.

TSMC's 3-nanometer process is at capacity; Apple may narrow model options, raise prices, or add iCloud trials.
