Anthropic announces AI design tool “Claude Design” based on “Opus 4.7,” with Canva integration

Anthropic has launched Claude Design as a research preview, powered by Claude Opus 4.7.

The tool can generate early-stage designs, prototypes, and presentations from text, images, and documents.

A tighter Canva integration lets users export Claude Design drafts into Canva for editing and collaboration.

The move pushes Anthropic further into the design workflow and makes AI outputs easier to turn into editable assets.
