Sony’s wearable air conditioner is back, and somehow it got cooler

Sony launched the Reon Pocket Pro Plus, a wearable neck cooler for the UK and Europe.

The upgraded device uses Peltier-based cooling plus a small fan, with app controls and a new ambient-sensing tag.

Sony says it can run for up to 10 hours and offers better cooling and fit than the previous model.

The device is priced at £199 in the UK and €220 in Europe, expanding Sony’s niche wearable into new markets.
