Amazon Alexa Plus can now create AI-generated podcasts

Amazon says Alexa Plus can now generate podcast-style audio on nearly any topic.

Users can preview the episode plan, adjust length and direction, and get notified when the audio is ready.

Finished episodes can be played in the Alexa app or on Echo Show devices.

The update pushes Alexa Plus beyond a voice assistant into an AI content-creation tool.
