Google to launch AI glasses; audio glasses in fall 2026, with a display-equipped model also planned

Google unveiled “Intelligent eyeware,” an AI smart glasses lineup for Android XR at Google I/O 2026.

The glasses will come in two versions: audio glasses and a display-equipped model, both integrated with Gemini.

Google plans to launch the audio glasses first in fall 2026.

The new product aims to expand everyday wearable use cases such as voice control, translation, navigation, and photo assistance.
