iPhone Driver's Licenses May Soon Expand to New State

Apple’s backend suggests Utah driver’s licenses and IDs may soon be supported in Apple Wallet.

Apple announced the feature years ago, but it still hasn’t launched; this could indicate release is nearing.

Utah already has a separate mobile ID app, so current users may be able to move their ID into Wallet once support arrives.

If enabled, more iPhone and Apple Watch users could store official state ID for TSA checkpoints and some verification services.
