Musk's Europe gamble: Will others follow the Dutch and approve FSD?

Tesla is pushing for EU-wide approval of its Full Self-Driving system after Dutch regulator RDW endorsed it following an 18-month review.

RDW will present its findings to other EU regulators, who are now considering whether to extend approval across the bloc.

Some regulators, including officials in Sweden and Finland, are raising safety and consumer-protection concerns.

A vote on wider authorization could come later this summer, but approval is not assured.
