The Tarivian Necklace is inside a noble's house in central Demeniss, right of the Abyss Nexus next to the castle gate.

Access a secret room by pushing a bookshelf near the kitchen entrance, then open a strongbox to get the necklace.

Solve the music box by pressing tabs left to right in the order 1-5-2-6-5; taking the item counts as stealing so wear a Mask.

The necklace grants a Second Wind effect that fully restores health around 30% with a 30-minute cooldown and has no other stats.
