Astranis Scores $300M in Series E

Astranis raised $450 million in new capital to fund expansion and future growth.

The round includes a $300 million Series E led by Snowpoint Ventures and Franklin Templeton.

Astranis also secured up to $155 million from a Trinity Capital credit facility to support manufacturing scale-up.

The financing strengthens the company’s balance sheet as demand grows for GEO communications spacecraft.
