Seven launches a new-texture croissant baked in-store

Seven-Eleven Japan will roll out a new in-store baked croissant under its Seven Cafe Bakery line starting May 19.

The product, named “O-mise de Yaita Karijuwassan,” will be baked in a dedicated oven and sold for 230 yen.

It features a caramel flavor with a crisp outside and a juicy, chewy interior, aiming for a trendy new texture.

The launch is part of Seven-Eleven’s effort to expand freshly baked in-store offerings and capture demand for novel croissants.
