Ilya gets a $5 billion bet from Jensen Huang: “It’s time to scale”

Ilya Sutskever’s Safe Superintelligence (SSI) has entered a long-term strategic partnership with Nvidia.

Nvidia will give SSI access to its next-generation Vera Rubin platform and help scale its compute roughly 10x over the next year.

Multiple reports say the deal may include about $5 billion in investment.

The move highlights how top chipmakers and AI labs are joining forces to accelerate the race toward superintelligence.
