Workers at Xbox Studio Double Fine Are Forming a Union

Double Fine workers have filed an NLRB petition to unionize with the Communications Workers of America.

The proposed union would cover 42 part-time and full-time employees at the Microsoft-owned Psychonauts studio.

Workers are also asking Microsoft to voluntarily recognize the union, and Microsoft says it will stay neutral.

The effort follows other recent union drives at Microsoft-owned game studios and could shape labor relations across Xbox Game Studios.
