Claude for Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is now generally available; Outlook remains in beta

Anthropic has made Claude for Microsoft 365 generally available.

Claude integrations for Excel, PowerPoint, and Word are now fully released, while Outlook remains in public beta.

Users can ask questions in spreadsheets, create and edit slides, revise documents with tracked changes and comments, and manage email and calendars.

Edits require user approval, and context can carry across apps to support smoother cross-workflow assistance.
