“We will continue providing Blu-ray drives”: I-O DATA says, strengthening collaboration with Verbatim

I-O Data Device and Verbatim Japan announced on April 8 that they will strengthen their partnership to keep supplying Blu-ray drives and discs.

The two companies will secure components, adjust production systems, and continue planning and improving Blu-ray-related products.

With Sony and Buffalo scaling back, supply concerns for BD products are growing.
