Oppo merges OnePlus and realme in major restructuring

Oppo has reorganized its smartphone business, formally combining OnePlus and realme into one sub-brand unit.

Li Bingzhong will lead the unit, while Xu Qi takes charge of shared marketing and Li Jie oversees product operations.

Realme’s R&D, imaging, and hardware teams will be folded into Oppo’s broader organization.

The move is meant to streamline management, product development, marketing, and R&D across Oppo’s brands.
