Lenovo completes acquisition of Infinidat and enters the high-end storage market

Lenovo has completed its acquisition of Infinidat after securing all regulatory approvals.

Infinidat will continue as an independent business unit within Lenovo Infrastructure Solutions Group.

The deal expands Lenovo’s portfolio into high-end enterprise storage, including hybrid, all-flash, and backup products.

It strengthens Lenovo’s position for AI, analytics, and mission-critical workloads while maintaining continuity for existing customers and partners.
