Fable has been delayed to 2027

Microsoft has delayed Fable to February 2027, moving it out of the 2026 launch window.

The company says the extra time will give the Xbox RPG a dedicated release window and more breathing room.

Microsoft also teased a fresh look at Fable at the June 7 Xbox Games Showcase.

The shift may help the game avoid a crowded slate of major releases, including Grand Theft Auto VI.
