Control Resonant is over double the length of the original

Remedy says Control Resonant’s main story should take about 30 hours, with completionists likely spending around 50 hours.

That’s a major jump from the original Control, which ran roughly 12 to under 30 hours depending on playstyle.

The sequel is set in New York City and will feature more open-ended zones, adding exploration and optional content.

Control Resonant launches Sept. 24 on PS5, PC, and Xbox Series X.
