Elon Musk Details FSD Upgrades, Slowed Robotaxi Rollout

Tesla said HW3 owners may get either a discounted trade-in to an HW4 car or a hardware retrofit at a dedicated service site.

Elon Musk said customer-facing unsupervised FSD could arrive by year-end, but only in limited states and geographies.

Some roads and driving conditions will be excluded, and Tesla indicated its current FSD software will power the robotaxi experience.
