Korea’s DRAM & NAND Export Statistics Show a Massive Jump in Prices Versus Last Month: SSD Prices Up 63%, Memory Up 29%, HBM Up 19%

South Korean customs data for May 2026 showed sharp month-over-month export price increases across DRAM, NAND flash, HBM, and DRAM modules.

NAND flash and overall memory exports posted especially strong gains, indicating tighter market conditions.

The jump is being driven largely by AI-related memory demand, which is supporting pricing for major suppliers like Samsung and SK Hynix.

At the same time, some consumer TLC SSD spot prices remain weak because of softer PC demand and excess inventory.
