Amazon launches an AI-powered audio Q&A experience on product pages

Amazon launched “Join the chat,” an AI-powered audio Q&A on select product pages in the Amazon Shopping app.

Shoppers can ask questions and hear spoken answers drawn from product details, customer reviews, and prior conversation context.

The feature is part of Amazon’s broader “Hear the highlights” shopping experience.

It aims to make product research faster and more interactive while expanding Amazon’s AI-assisted shopping tools.
