Several projects delayed by event-related scheduling have shifted from July to August, boosting near-term supply and market activity.

Wheelock Properties' PARK SILICON in Kwu Tung is the largest project this month, with 781 units near Kwu Tung Station.

China Resources Land (Overseas)'s Phase 1 of REAQUA in South West Kowloon has also received its sales permit, offering 507 units.
