Tesla made its 10 millionth EV

Tesla says it has produced its 10 millionth EV, a major milestone six years after hitting 1 million.

That puts the company halfway to the 20 million vehicle target tied to Elon Musk’s compensation plan.

Tesla is still behind on other plan goals, including Full Self-Driving subscriptions, robots, robotaxis, and profit growth.

The milestone comes as Tesla’s sales slow, especially in the U.S., even as it remains far larger than rivals like Rivian and Lucid and is compared with BYD.
