Gemini Live redesign now works with more ‘Connected Apps’ on Android

Google expanded Gemini Live on Android with a Neural Expressive redesign and broader Connected Apps support.

Gemini Live can now tap into more Google services, including Home, Flights, Hotels, Workspace, Shopping, Utilities, YouTube, and YouTube Music.

Support also extends to Spotify and some third-party equivalents, making voice chat more useful for everyday tasks.

The updated floating interface is more tightly integrated with text chat, though Gemini Live still cannot send Messages.
