Apple Asks Supreme Court to Pause Epic Games Case Ahead of App Store Fee Ruling

Apple has asked the U.S. Supreme Court to pause further proceedings in the Epic Games App Store fee case.

The request follows appellate rulings that Apple violated an injunction and sent the dispute back to determine a reasonable fee.

A stay would preserve Apple’s current zero-fee link-out policy for now and delay any broader ruling on App Store commissions and developer payments.
