Apple Taps Intel To Make Its Next-Gen Macbook Neo Chips, A21, The Competitor To x86 PCs

Apple has reportedly struck a preliminary deal with Intel to manufacture some of its chips in Intel fabs.

The move could help Apple ease tight TSMC supply and support growing demand for future devices, including a possible A21 chip for MacBook Neo.

For Intel, the arrangement would be a major foundry win as it works to expand its chipmaking business and compete more directly with TSMC.
