New one-shot of the manga Patlabor to be published in the next issue of Weekly Spirits

A brand-new one-shot of Masami Yuki’s “Patlabor” will appear in the May 18 issue of Weekly Spirits, featured in the opening color pages.

This marks the manga’s return for the first time in 32 years since the original series concluded.

The issue will also include a sticker bonus and coverage of the new theatrical project “Patlabor EZY.”

The revival is drawing renewed attention to the long-running sci-fi franchise and its related projects.
