Impossible Mission 3 is coming in May, nearly 40 years after the second game in the iconic UK series

Icon 64 and Psytronik will publish an official third Impossible Mission game under license from Epyx Games.

The game will be released digitally on May 18, 2026; physical editions go up for pre-order the same day on Psytronik's site.

New gameplay features include an EMP gun and EMP blast to disable robots, destructible damaged scenery, and a 3D lift effect.

Stuart Collier programmed the game; Trevor Storey handled game design, graphics and the coded speech.

Players infiltrate Dr Elvin Atombender’s headquarters while avoiding lethal security robots.
