Amazon now lets you have a real conversation with AI while shopping for products

Amazon launched “Join the chat,” a new AI shopping feature inside Hear the highlights.

Shoppers can ask questions by typing or speaking while listening to product audio summaries.

The AI pauses playback, answers using product details and reviews, then resumes the summary.

The feature is rolling out on iOS and Android for U.S. users.

It makes product research more conversational and may help shoppers decide faster.
