3 Major Legend of Zelda Movie Updates You Might Have Missed

Nintendo has moved the live-action Legend of Zelda movie up to April 30, 2027, from May 7, 2027.

Shigeru Miyamoto said the team wants to bring the film out sooner.

Wes Ball is directing, with Benjamin Evan Ainsworth and Bo Bragason cast as Link and Zelda.

Casting and production clues suggest the story may draw from several Zelda games, especially Breath of the Wild and Tears of the Kingdom, with possible Ocarina of Time influence.
