Cooler Master and G.Skill Team Up to Launch MasterDIMM AC Actively Cooled DDR5 Memory

Cooler Master and G.Skill unveiled MasterDIMM AC, an actively cooled DDR5 memory line with a built-in fan and heatsink.

The kit supports AMD EXPO and Intel XMP 3.0, reaching up to 6000 MT/s CL26 on AMD and 8400 MT/s on Intel.

The companies say the design can lower memory temperatures by up to 15°C while keeping noise at or below 35 dB.

MasterDIMM AC will be shown at Computex 2026, with pricing and availability to be announced later.
