31-Story Mixed-Use Tower North of Hiroshima Station Combining Residences, Hotel, Spa, and Commercial Facilities

31-story, 124 m mixed-use tower (site 8,147 m2, total floor area 56,020 m2) with completion planned for April 2029.

Residential: "Hiroshima Garden Residence" on floors 12–31 comprising 287 units.

Hotel and bathing: hotel on floors 4–9 with 178 rooms; bathing facility on floors 10–11 with baths, sauna and rock-bath features.

Lower floors (1–3) will contain entrances, offices and parking.

Location: 3-3 Futabanosato, Higashi Ward, Hiroshima, in a large redevelopment area under land readjustment and a town-planning master plan; nearby Hiroshima Station saw the new station building "minamoa" open in March 2025.
