Anagram Therapeutics Pulls In $250M Investment

Anagram Therapeutics secured a $250 million investment from Blackstone Life Sciences to advance ANG003, an oral enzyme replacement therapy for exocrine pancreatic insufficiency.

The funding will support late-stage development, regulatory approval, and launch preparation for the recombinant therapy.

ANG003 could become the first non-porcine oral alternative for patients who currently face a heavy pill burden, including those with cystic fibrosis and pancreatic cancer.
