ACSI: Samsung edges out Apple in cell phone satisfaction, while Apple Watch ties at the top

ACSI’s latest survey of nearly 27,000 consumers puts Samsung first in cell phone satisfaction with an 81, just ahead of Apple’s 80.

In smartwatches, Apple and Samsung tied for the top score at 80, keeping both brands closely matched in wearables.

The study also added AI feature ratings, which earned an overall score of 85.

The results suggest Samsung holds a slight edge in phones, while Apple remains highly competitive in watches.
