Common Ventures unveils startup scheme for working-class grads

Common Ventures has launched Common Path, a programme to train recent graduates from lower-income backgrounds for startup roles.

The scheme teaches core startup functions and then matches participants with hiring startups in the UK tech sector.

It is backed by mobility-focused investors and charities including Sutton Trust, Hg Foundation, Atomico and Phoenix Court.

The move aims to widen access to startup jobs and build a stronger talent pipeline for underrepresented graduates.
