Spot workers for office operations: Timee launches "Timee BPO," with the key being end-to-end outsourcing that includes workflow design

Timee launched “Timee BPO” on May 11, a new service that takes on corporate back-office work end to end and redesigns it for spot workers.

The service aims to balance quality and efficiency through rapid launches, onboarding, and repeat operations for recurring tasks.

It is already being piloted by 34 companies.

The move targets office work, a segment where spot work has been harder to expand, by combining BPO with spot staffing and process design.
