OpenRouter more than doubles valuation to $1.3B in a year

OpenRouter raised $113 million in a Series B led by CapitalG.

Reports peg the AI gateway startup’s post-money valuation at about $1.3 billion, up from roughly $547 million a year ago.

Founded in 2023, OpenRouter says it serves millions of users, supports 400+ models, and handles about 100 trillion tokens per month.

The deal underscores rising demand for multi-model AI infrastructure as companies look to route work across vendors instead of locking in.
