Innosilicon’s LPDDR6 Memory IP Lands at Major Korean DRAM Maker, as It Unveils GDDR7, HBM4, & PCIe 6.0 Technologies Spanning 28nm to 3nm

Innosilicon said a major Korean DRAM maker is using its LPDDR6 IP.

The company said its LPDDR6 design reaches 14.4 Gbps and can be delivered across process nodes from 28nm to 3nm.

It also unveiled controller IP for HBM4, GDDR7, DDR5 MRDIMM, PCIe 6.0, and 224G SerDes.

The move highlights growing competition in next-generation memory interfaces for AI and HPC systems.
