Apple TV announces new dating series: ‘The Last Person on Earth’

Apple TV has announced The Last Person on Earth, its first dating-focused series.

The eight-part documentary-style show will be hosted by couples therapist Esther Perel.

It will pair mismatched couples and send them on a romantic trip to a remote destination.

The series is expected to premiere in 2027, marking Apple TV’s push beyond sci-fi, comedy, and thriller content.
