Oura Ring 5 Unveiled With Smaller Design and Blood Pressure Tracking

Oura launched the Ring 5, a 40% smaller smart ring with redesigned sensors and about a week of battery life.

The new device adds Health Radar for blood pressure trend signals, nighttime breathing monitoring, and other health insights.

Oura is also expanding the platform with Health Records, GLP-1 medication tracking, lab uploads, live workout tracking, and brain health research.

New extras include an optional charging case, a Locate tool for finding the ring, and updated pricing and pre-order details.
